Health Care Referrals

nursing care:

We offer referrals for licensed registered and practical nurses that can provide you with private hire or insurance paid services for nursing care, nurses for medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy.

Home health Aide:

We make referrals to agencies that are certified or licensed to provide home health aides, companions, or private hire aides:  Aides that can provide personnel in your home for shopping, cleaning, bathing, dressing, meals, etc.  Some services may be billed to your insurance or to privately paid.  Reasonable rates are applied, especially to seniors.

Social Worker:

We make referrals to community based social workers who will visit you in your home to assist with SSI, Food Stamps, Medicaid, Social Security, Medicare, and other social issues.  Some services may be billed to your insurance or privately paid.

Therapist:

Referral for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy:  Services will be provided in home.  Insurance billing and private pay may apply.

VisIting Doctors:

Referral to Visiting Doctors, who will visit the homebound for their medical needs, will be provided.  Service is especially provided to those who are unable to make regular medical appointments.  Insurance billing and private pay may apply.
